Subject: dynamite last evening at the rainbow 81
when it was known i had them the cry's of WTF are they doing in your god damn cupboard for gods sake ( that from the taper Todd at the magpie salute show in London recently )' oh sorry says i they will be circulated i promise'
so here is the first of the two shows .
house was full but not overflowing.
from the start with a rousing shakedown street this show never let up.
the guys just killed things like roses ,high ,time ,the good times showed brent in awesome form.
rooster and an awesome Althea drove the show forward.
looks like rain felt like rain ,jerry played such beautiful rain drop notes they sounded like rain drops in the setting of the song would have sounded like in bobby's head.
Might as well saw the set out .
kicking of with man smart was a smart move for sure as the song has been a hit for Robert Palmer who was massive at the time of the tour 81 euro.
high time was awesome .estimated and hes gone leading into drums ,Allah jam into wheel magnolia all very good .
the Stella has to be one of the best I've experienced ithe good lovin showed bobby ready for another two sets his energy was awesome .
daydream was also high energy .
to top it of a brokedown with two jerry solos was a killer and it was a beautiful way to leave that broke down palace in finsbury park London theater.
i'm going to play stella just one more time to make sure that really did happen
